Here’s a government program to keep old engineers working. That’s a good thing, keeping our expertise alive as it passes experience on to succeeding generations of engineers. Yet, as the baby of Congressional pork barrel, I do wonder if the SLS will ever launch. Or, maybe we should ask, “Will it ever need to launch?”

The human race must mature to care for our mother earth, and wean ourselves to space for her sake. I love to experiment with my garden of earthly delightful plants.
